Founded as extension of Dexter White's Chattanooga, Tennessee based custom home building company, Prestige Custom Homes, Inc. has been building in Charlotte's finest communities since 2003. The Company utilizes the skill set of its three principals to meet and exceed its homeowners' expectations on value and quality. Prestige Custom Homes' principals Mark Anderson, Jay Barnes and Dexter White have a combined 30 years of experience.

A mechanical engineer by training, Dexter has been a custom homebuilder since 1991. His two construction companies in Chattanooga - Dexter W. White Construction, LLC and Signature Land Company, LLC - were named the top two homebuilders in The Chattanooga Times Free Press "Reader's Choice" poll for two consecutive years. Jay has been in the construction industry since 1994 and serves as the primary on-site contact. An attorney, accountant and investment banker by trade, Mark is involved in the estimating, scheduling and planning end of the business.

With an emphasis on quality and efficiency, our team is focused on providing our homeowners with a building process that meets all of their expectations. Each home we build is managed directly by one of the company's principals. We take the time to meet with our homeowners on a direct basis thereby eliminating possible communication problems in the execution of the homeowners selections and decisions.

Currently building in Challis Farm, Carmel Park, Whitegate, the Sanctuary and Reverdy End, we have built homes in some of Charlotte's most prestigious neighborhoods including Myers Park, Dilworth, Carmel Park, Longview, Highgrove and Highgate.
